You have to keep your load low. That tractor has the widest track and the lowest center of gravity in its class. BUT when using the loader you have to keep it low, regardless of any make or model tractor. We have sold hundreds of those units and never had one roll yet. ....

I've had my 33D with fel and 300 pounds of rear wheel weights now for 16 months and have not noticed it exhibiting any tipsyness. As oneace says I never run my tractor with the loader higher than it meeds to be. I've never had one single problem problem with this tractor and the service requirements are very straight forward and easy to accomplish. ....

Like the others have said, The higher the load is carried the tippier it will be.
Also, the stronger the loader the more ballast required.
Can you add some more weights to your rear blade ? It will make a huge differance..

If your rear tires are already loaded and the rear blade isn't heavy enough, can you just hang some weights on your backblade ?
I hang John Deere front end weights on my backblade and boxblade. (45 LB weights)
Helps keep the tractor more stable, plus makes the blade cut in better if needed, and the weights are easy to move from implement to implements or remove if I don't need them. ....

Reminder to also keep and eye out for depressions in the ground. You can really get surprised if a front wheel drops into a depression regardless of how low the loader is. ....

There is a company called EZ Weights, I believe, that uses some kind of a quick attaching system on the wheel and weight lifting [olympic barbell type] plates and is reportedly less expensive than OEM. Like others have mentioned you can add weight to an implement or use a ballast box. ....

Hi Jeff. I had the dealership put on the NH wheel weights as part of my original purchase. I wasn't aware of any other wheel weight system at the time save for filling the rears and I didn't want that as when removal is required it could a royal pain in the butt. Wish I knew more personally but I don't. I forgot to mention in my first post that I always have a box blade, rototiller, or the new love of my life my backhoe on. ....

1 mile long drive on a mountainside?? So what do you use it for? Maybe its time to think about buying more tractor? We had a thread last year on a subject of a tractor spliting in two. I am not the most experiance guy here but to me it sounds like you have done all that you can (ie: loaded tires, impliment, and weights) Sounds to me like you just need more tractor for you property's terrain "mountainside mile drive". If you feel your tractor may go over (and kill you) its time to stop playing around with a few more pounds on the back. You dont have a big enough machine. What ever you do, be safe and the best of luck to you! ....

2 on each side bolted on with grade 8 fasteners.
They were from the dealer but were not New Holland brand and cost $220. I can really feel a difference but have not done any work with the tractor yet. ....

Ridgeview New Holland Orange VA 888.917.5192 They are on the web.
Make sure you put the weights on FLAT side out.
Look at parts list for correct mounting, number and locations of washers. Parts list calls for 1/2" mounting hardware but 5/8" fits. ....
